Dano and Karla moved from La Paz to El Pescadero in 2009 and worked full-time at a local
resort, where they built their careers in the hospitality industry. In 2017, they
decided to follow their own path and created what is now Barracuda Cantina at Cerritos
Beach—a place where they’ve been sharing their passion for over five years.
With years of experience in hospitality and service, they are dedicated to delivering a
truly authentic Baja experience, with exceptional attention to detail to make every
visit unforgettable. (And yes, Coco is the undisputed queen of Cerritos Beach!)
Committed to supporting local farmers and fishermen, they always source the finest
natural ingredients and authentic Mexican spirits. They are also proud to be a healthy
